So with the reported information that Huma Abedin didn’t/doesn’t know how her emails got onto her soon to be ex-husbands laptop there’s been a lot of confusion on the subject. However, I’ve seen a similar situation, and while none of the people involved were in politics, it did involve some rather rich surgeons and cardiologists.
Anthony Weiner the rather disturbed man, had and has a problem. He’s a serial sexter/possible pedophile. He’s already been busted once sexting, and his career was in shambles. For whatever reason he and his wife stay together (That’s their business.) But old Anthony can’t help himself, and starts it again.
But this time he’s (in his mind) more careful. He thinks he can make sure not to get caught. He hits on a plan, if he can access her email, and read it, then he will know if she says something that way to anyone about any suspicions she might have. It won’t really raise any flags to have her email checked from another computer at the same physical location (depending on how the email is setup, we aren’t talking the high security email system here.)
Most people (over 80%) use passwords that tend to be similar across the board, and I imagine it wouldn’t be to hard for Anthony to find out what her email passwords would be. He has access, she never uses that laptop.
I say all this because I’ve seen it. A cardiac surgeon I used to to IT work for cheated, got caught, him and his wife stayed together. He cheated again, and this time found her password and would check her email somewhat often to find out when she might be thinking or suspicious of. HE got caught because he kept checking her email from his work, and some security flags got tripped finally.
Just a random thought, I don’t know Anthony Weiner, but I know the type, and I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that he’d gotten access to her email to better hide his ‘activites’
